Unplugged Electric Guitar

Unplugged Electric Guitar is a breakfast conversation between a father and son where the father - a former musician - convinces the son to stop pursuing his career as a writer.

This is unpublished and unproduced. I’m deeply proud of it and featuring it here because I want it to be published and produced.

I wrote it around the time in 2016 when I started going by Danny Rocco. Rocco is my Mom’s last name, Mitarotondo is my Dad’s last name.

What happens to a person psychologically and physiologically when they stop doing what they love? What do they become? This is a horror story.

This is a picture of me and my Dad. I had this picture near the computer when I wrote.
